International Peace Symposium

In the 1940s, during the Pacific War, Japanese soldiers forcibly mobilized colonists to build the Alddreu Airfield on Jeju Island. It was here that numerous civilian casualties occurred. The remnants of war can still be found here. The participants of the symposium climbed directly onto the airfield and documented the examined the remaining structures of the war.
